Increased Concern Regarding Food Safety

As consumers become increasingly concerned about food safety, the FDA is urging suppliers to take safety measures of their own. With inspections occurring only once every five to ten years, food facilities have been asked to take statistical surveys of their own to determine the health of their current practices.
